What can I be grateful for?
The universe provides abundantly when you are in a state of gratitude.  These words came into my mind right after my entire office had been flooded with 10,000 gallons of water.  You can either get angry and upset or be grateful for all the wonderful things I still do have.  I chose to be grateful and God blessed me with so many new opportunities that were hidden through a disaster.  Keeping a gratitude journal keeps me centered on what is important in my life.  Every night I write five things that I am grateful for and it puts the day in perspective to focus on what went right instead of what went wrong.  Also when you wake up in the morning the first question of the day is what can I be grateful for today and trust me your day will begin in a positive direction.

What is amazing in my life?
When you think about your quality of living compared to the rest of the world, trust me you have an amazing life.  The problem is we don't even realize just how amazing our life really is. We tend to focus on what we want and what we don't have instead of saying Wow, all these things I take for granted on a daily basis most people in other countries would love to have our opportunities and lifestyle and we are not even appreciative. I am amazed that I am allowed the opportunity to take care of families and their health and be part of their lives.  Every day is amazing when I think just how lucky and blessed I truly am to have been given the gift of healing and helping others which is so gratifying to me.

Who can I love today?
"Love is patient and kind.  Love is not jealous or boastful or proud or rude.  Love does not demand in its own way.  Love is not irritable, and it keeps no record of when it has been wronged.  It is never glad about injustice but rejoices whenever the truth wins out.  Love never gives up, never loses faith, is always hopeful, and endures through every circumstance."
                                                                                       Corinthians: 13:4 4-7

Why should we limit our love to just a few close friend and family members?  Let us enlarge our circle of love and show our love to every person we come in contact today. How would that change your attitude and the person that you show love to?  Do you think they will have a better day because of your random act of kindness and pass it on to the next person they meet?  This is the pass it on principle.  Love creates more love and peace and harmony in your lives.

Are you expecting a miracle today?
"You can look at life two ways.  One as if nothing is a miracle and the other as is everything is a miracle."
                Albert Einstein

Did you ever stop and think that you are a living, breathing, walking, talking miracle? You need to start expecting great things to happen and the reason they don't is because you don't believe it could happen to you.  Over the years we become skeptical, critical and judgmental and we stop believing in miracles.  I am fortunate that I get to witness miracles everyday in my office and see the positive changes taking place...from newborn babies to my 96 year young patient. She is amazing!

So I ask you, when you wake up tomorrow morning are you going to begin asking these questions to yourself?  Take the challenge to improve your life, trust me it will transform your life and create more love, joy, peace and harmony in your lives.

Quotes and Jokes
It takes 42 muscles to frown and only 7 muscles to smile.  So Keep on Smiling!!!!!!

Little children laugh about 100 times a day, whereas adults laugh only about 3 times per day (if they are lucky).  Let's be more like little children and laugh more (we can even laugh at ourselves).  Stop taking life so seriously.

A guy was telling a friend that he had a great dinner last night with his wife at a wonderful restaurant. The friend asked the name of the restaurant and the guy couldn't remember the name of it.  He said what's the red flower with the stem and the thorns?  The friend says a Rose, so the guy turns to his wife and says Rose, what was the name of the restaurant we ate at last night?

A cat was crossing the street with her 5 kittens all lined up behind her in a row. When they got to the other side a big, ferocious dog came over to the mother cat and started barking loudly at her trying to scare her. The cat barks back at the dog and the dog was so shocked he ran away. The mother cat says to her kittens and says, see I told you how important it is to know a second language.
