Practice Thanksliving
A special holiday is coming up and that is Thanksgiving where we all sit around a table and eat our Turkey, stuffing, and pumpkin pie and are grateful for that one day.  What happens the other 364 days of the year?  I challenge you to practice Thanksliving everyday and think about what you can be grateful for.  My heart goes out to all the people that have lost their homes during the catastrophic fires these past few years.  We need to be thankful for everything we have.  When tragedy strikes we have a whole new perspective on life and all of a sudden, we realize what is important in our lives.  It is not our possessions, it is people.  We need to reach out to others and show them how much we care.  Let them know we love them and are here for them.  I keep a gratitude journal where every night I write down 5 things that I am grateful for and then read them first thing in the morning.  You ask why?  Well at night it puts your mind in a positive state when you focus on appreciation, gratitude and what went right instead of what went wrong that day.  Also in the morning if you wake up and think about what you are grateful for it will create a better day for you.

Purification Program Success Stories
I would like to give you a follow up on the 21 day purification program.  Rose lost 12 pounds and 8 inches, while feeling great and having more energy.  She was so excited that the program worked for her that she is continuing on a modified version to continue her weight loss goal.

Maureen lost 8 pounds and 6 inches. She feels like she lost a lot of toxicity with the program and her head as well as her face are clear.  She is continuing with the purification shake, as they taste great and provide good nutrition.  Great for a snack or meal replacement.

Our most recent patient just finished 2 weeks and has one more week to go.  She has already lost 10 pounds and looks and feels great.
