Create An Attitude of Gratitude for the Holidays
We have so many things to be thankful for. My suggestion to you is to start a gratitude journal. Every night write down 5 things that you are grateful for and then when you wake up in the morning read the 5 things you wrote the night before. You will go to sleep with a feeling of gratitude which will give you more peace in your life and you will wake up with a positive mindset ready to love and serve others.
I have been doing this for years and it makes such a profound difference in my life. Try it you will love it!!

We’re not just thankful for Your blessings, We’re thankful every way, Thankful for the privilege of learning, To be thankful night and day.
I thank You, Lord for using me, Please let my joy always be Christ in me.
Lord, we thank You for Your blessings, We thank You everyday. For calling us to a deeper learning, And for teaching us to pray.
Lord, we thank You for Your blessings, We thank You everyday, Keep us ever mindful of Your mercy And be thankful every day.

Just a reminder: remember if you are not purifying your air at home, the car or the office, you are the filter. We have had the Living Air Classic at our office for the last 7 years. One purifier covers up to 3000 square feet. There is no filter to keep replacing, you just clean the one that comes with the unit. We have the Living Air Classic available at the office.
